This year sees the first Northern Shooting Show heading to Harrogate’s Yorkshire Event Centre at the Great Yorkshire Showground on the 7-8th May 2016. From large gun manufacturers and distributors to small specialist retailers, visitors will be able to revel in all the latest that outdoor shooting sports has to offer.

As well as featuring a wide variety of activities and demonstrations, which will take place throughout the weekend, here is a look at what else there will be to see and do at this year’s show:

Gunmakers Row
With over 1,000 new and used shotguns on display from some of the UK’s top retailers there will be great deals to be had as well as a wide choice of models and equipment on offer. Some of the leading brands at this year’s show include Armsan, Benelli, Longthorne, Winchester and more.

Rifle ‘FMJ’ Zone
The designated zone will showcase the latest in rifle technology as well as offer tips and advice from top rifle experts. In addition, there will be centrefire ammunition and reloading equipment from top brands such as Blaser, Merkel, Remington and Sako, to name just a few.

Optics and Night Vision
This section will host a fantastic display of night vision and lamping systems as well as everything from binoculars, range finders and red dot systems. There will also be an outside demonstration area and 12m night vision tunnel where potential buyers can try and test which products best suit their requirements.

And much, much more!
Other highlights include Airgun Central exhibition, the Airsoft ‘Experience’, an Archery display, Double Deuce firing range and Clay Shooting Line. This year’s event will also play host to the HFT Masters Norther Shooting Show Championship, which will take place on Sunday.
