Event Manager

You’ll be supported by a dedicated, friendly event manager from our experienced team from enquiry all the way through to event. We work with you to ensure you make the most out of our venue, facilities and resources to deliver a successful event.

IT and WiFi

We offer a range of connectivity solutions for organisers and exhibitors, please let us know what you would like. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas of the exhibition halls.

Food and Drink

Whether it’s a small business lunch or an awards dinner for 2,000 guests, our caterers will devise a menu that suits your event. Great care is taken in creating dishes to delight diners and show the very best of local, seasonal produce.

Free Parking

We offer 1,000’s of free parking spaces at every event, walking distance from the venue. We have priority parking for blue badge holders and dedicated coach parking areas. Parking Stewards will be on hand to help, making visitor experience as good as possible.

Marketing and PR

We have an in house marketing and PR team that can help support your event through a range of marketing services and social media support.

Event Production

We recognise every event is unique and can cater for all your technical requirements. Solutions offered include AV, branding, equipment hire, rigging, draping and lighting. We work with you to provide the options available and contacts you need to help bring your event to life.
