From November through to the New Year the spa town of Harrogate and surrounding district has many festive events to pick from. Christmas markets offer an alternative shopping experience with a chance to support local and independent companies. Yorkshire crafts for Christmas and festive gift ideas can be found in boutiques in Harrogate and in neighbouring villages.
One way to get you feeling festive is to watch the Harrogate Christmas lights being switched on. The big switch on will take place on Thursday 15th November 2018 from 4pm – 6pm.
